To keep your
login secure we have now added SSL to the QuickCalc website.
This
encrypts all information you send to QuickCalc - protecting your
username and password.
If your computer or
smartphone has a saved password for QuickCalc this *might not appear the first time you
log in under this new secure system. Once you have re-entered
your password it will be remembered again the next time you log
in.
If you
need to reset your password you can easily do this using the
automated service
1. Click Forgot password?
on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address
or username in the Lost password box and click Get
Password.
3. You'll automatically
get a reset link by email a few seconds later.
If you have any problems
getting the automated email (for example your account has an
outdated email address) then please call us on 07887 912811 and
we can reset your password for you. At the same time we will
update your email address details held on your account.
*This issue appears to affect mainly
Internet Explorer. Other browsers e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox
etc, are largely unaffected.
